Chalk by Ben Booking Process

We know planning a standout conference, keynote, meeting, or event takes significant time, effort, and investment. We also understand that success is often measured by how much your audience learns, remembers, and enjoys the experience. Whether you need an opening or closing keynote speaker, our goal is to make your job easier, help you look great, and contribute to the success of your event.

FAQ

A typical presentation is 45-60 minutes long. Ben is very flexible and can adjust his programing to fit any time frame. That said, you want to allot a minimum of 25 minutes for him to speak and do the drawing.

Yes, we can add in your Logo and Theme and make it epic!

Ben can be set up and ready to go in about 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Ben does not typically create brand-new custom artwork for each event. His chalk art pieces are carefully designed, choreographed with music, and practiced to create a powerful visual experience. However, the light show and presentation elements can often be customized to better fit the theme, tone, or message of your event.

Ben has performed for audiences as large as 70,000 people, while also bringing the same energy and impact to groups as small as 100. Whether it’s a large arena, a conference, a school assembly, or a smaller gathering, Ben’s chalk art presentation is designed to connect with the audience in a powerful and memorable way.

Yes. Ben’s program coordinator will happily pencil in a date if available while finalizing the details of an event. If another client is interested in booking for the same date, you will have 48 hours to make a firm decision, one way or another, on the date.

Ben’s presentation can be recorded only for non-commercial/non-distribution purposes. Selling or making multiple copies of the recording is not permissible. If a recording is made, a copy will need to be provided to our office.

At the conclusion of the event, the completed chalk artwork remains with the client who booked the presentation, creating a meaningful and memorable keepsake from the experience. In addition, Ben offers small artwork reproductions that can be made available for purchase or, in some cases, provided for every attendee. This gives guests the opportunity to leave with a beautiful reminder of the message, the moment, and the impact of the event.
